If i won the lotto the first thing i'd do is enrol for twelve weeks in Ballymaloe!I love Food, and as i have yet to win the lotto ive been burrowing through the Ballymaloe cookery course book! Its my passion,i try to make my dishes as exciting and enjoyable for people to eat, as they are for me to make.I get a buzz when tastes come together and i'm always thirsty to learn more.Which is why this would better than the lotto for me.It would be life changing and life would be choc-chip:Sweet-bliss!

The lamb is marinated in tamarind, mint, soy some olive oil and cranberry juice for a few hours then quickly cooked on a grill pan.The marinade is kept and added to the pan at the end for a yummy jus.The Lamb is served on wilted greens and Rosti made with grated par boiled sweet potato, potatoes and sheeps cheese for a little contrast. Some peppers and parsnips are pangrilled and served alongside a cucumber and mint raita which cuts throgh the earthy flavours. All flavours have their place. :)mmm
