Fairy Cakes- Ingredients & method (to make what you
see)..inspired by Rachel. Cream 12oz Butter with 12oz Sugar until light. Gradually add 6 eggs + ¾ tsp vanilla essence + mix. Sieve 15oz plain flour + ¾ Baking Powder, fold into mixture, + then whizz up in mixer until creamy. Spoon into bun cases and bake for 10 – 20 mins depending on size of buns, mini, normal, muffin. Allow to cool before decorating...let your imagination run free, the choices are endless. Sit, relax + indulge!
