I should win Cheffactor because cooking is quite simply, my passion in life. I've been cooking since I was a youngster and I like to experiment with foods and create new dishes. Winning a twelve week cookery course would be a dream come true for me. I always use healthy, wholesome food and where possible I prefer to use locally produced food.

My Entry is called 'For the Love of Duck' and it consists of:
Pan Fried Breast of Duck accompanied by a slightly spicy plum sauce. This is served with sweet potato mash and market fresh steamed vegetables of brocolli and carrots.
