This is my delicious chicken,leek&apple pie.The inspiration for this dish came about after brainstorming different recipes to use leeks from the garden!The shortcrust pastry is lovely&light on top.The white sauce is nice&creamy with a hint of mustard;the apple adds a lovely sweetness to the dish,contrasting really well with the bacon,adding depth of flavour to the dish.I would love the the opportunity to cook this for Cully&Sully so they can taste how good it really is! You can’t beat a good pie
