I've been working as a Software Developer for 4 years now, my dream though is to open my own Tea Room & this opportunity would mean the end of writing code & a step closer to my dream. I’m addicted to cooking both sweet & savory dishes, when I’m cooking I’m always at my happiest. There are some fabulous dishes in this competition & hopefully you think that mine is & give me a shot to show you that I'm the right person to become the 1st ever Cully & Sully CHEFFACTOR Winner.

Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake
Base: Gluten free biscuits combined with butter
Middle: My secret ingredients,of white chocolate blended with cream cheese, full fat cream & icing sugar,finally some chopped up Ferrero Rocher folded in
Top: More delicious full fat cream whisked together with nutella & cream cheese
Finishing: Ferrero Rocher & White Chocolate Slabs with the words Cully & Sully carefully piped in milk chocolate
All the above carefully put together makes my fabulous one of a kind dish

It sure is a Giant Cup Cake (another one of my specials) It a real moist Chocolate Sponge covered in whipped cream and then wrapped in Cadbury fingers top with strawberries and more fingers.
I made it for a Charity Cake Sale at work, it sold at Auction for €50
ahh i took you up wrong the ginat cupcake in the back round of my entry photo is my cookie jar, the Giant cupcake on my facebook profile picture is the charity cake i made.
Good lord, there's more then one giant cup cake!
