I love food, i love to cook it, i love to eat it and i'd love to learn more about it. Cooking makes me really happy especially if i can share it with someone. I know i need to know more about my wine, my meat, my veg, my homemade bread....and we all know where i can get that knowledge:) I was always dreaming of working in the food industry and this is the perfect opportunity for me to get a start in it. My wow factor rolled beef is full of lovely flavours. They are stuffed with bacon, onion...and many more ingredients, which can only be revealed at the cheffactor final:)))They are slow cooked with onions and served with creamy parsley and nutmeg mash and funky salad of leeks, carrots and apples.It's one of the traditional dishes from polish cuisine with my own little twist. A delicious,mouthwatering, 100% satisfying dish!!!
