My passion for food started at the age of 4 when I attempted to bake a cake on my own which didn't go so well!The second attempt went much better with mum.At 14 i worked cooking a variety of foods ranging from samosas to vegan zuchini cake in a vegetarian restaurant and am now working in a local school canteen helping promote healhtier eating options for teenagers.I would love this amazing opportunity to gain experience at Ballymaloe with Cully and Sully and hopefully start a business of my own.

My dish is created from a loin of fresh wild venison which is pan fried, cooked pink and seasoned with sea salt and olive oil.
served with caramelised beetroot and red cabbage,
sweet potato and chestnut mash,
sauteed baby leeks with a
potatoe and spinach gratin seasoned with fresh crushed garlic,grated nutmeg salt and pepper.
All the ingredients are locally sourced from mine, my family and friends gardens so all produce are fresh and seasonal :)
