I love baking & started a sugarcraft course about 2 years ago by night, from there I’ve became really interested in decorating cakes & started my blog called Vickscakes, although it covers everything foodie.I love trying new dishes,chatting & going on foodie outings.It has been my dream for many years to attend Ballymaloe Cookery School, what foodie couldn’t aspire to learn from “the best”.I’m passionate about food and would eventually love to open my own cake shop and cafe

My dish is something i’m passionate about Cakes.The cake itself is made from Carrot cake, which is what attracted the rabbits to this dish to start with, as i was grating the carrots, to make the cake, i got inspiration. What do Cully & Sully do best “pies”, so why not mix it all up & create a cully & cully rabbit pie cake . I decided to make a family of rabbits who are jumping into the pie to enjoy some carrot cake. No rabbits hurt in the making of this pie.
