I'm 52 and I get up at 5.15am to commute to work but i still manage to cook an evening meal every night, from fresh in about 20mins+ and I believe that if I can, so can you. I really believe that anyone can change how they do anything once the make the decision to do so and I'd really like to be part of showing people that cooking is not a chore, its fun and easy and your granny used to do it - so why not you. Some people live to party, I live to eat & cook really good tasty food, you could too
