I would like to win chef factor as i am really passionate about food and I think this would be a grate opportunity to learn more about cooking. I would like to have my own food business some day and I think I could learn allot about the food industry from Cully and Sully. More over when I was making this pizza on the 24/10/10 there was a power cut just as I had the dough rolled and I wanted to enter so much I finished it all off including the picture by torch light.

This pizza has pepperoni, peppers, bacon and grape which are a really nice combo. The pizza was cooked on a thick slab of marble in the bottom of the oven of a turf burning range at 225 degrees. For some reason the solid fuel oven gives the pizza a way better flavour and the marble is great for cooking the pizza from underneath and on top at the same time. This time I tried a dry mozzarella which had a good texture but lacked the good flavour of the white cheddar I would usually use.

I make pizzas quite a bit and now I mix grated mozzerella with Cheddar about 50 50. Best of both worlds!!
