I have always had a passion for creating wholesome and hearthwarming meals from the best Local/Home-grown ingridients. I am blessed to have a garden stocked with the finest of what I would describe as 'any cooks dream commodities'. It gives me great pleasure and enjoyment to watch the smiles on peoples faces when they sample my creations. Winning the prize would give my career a huge kick-start and fuel my passion for cooking.

This Soup is a Seasonal Sensation, the key to this dish is the quality of Ingridients, I used home grown parsnips & onions and also a home prepared chichen chicken stock in the preparation. Garlic & Cummin gives the soup its depth of flavour and also the Cummin gives it a joyfull warmth sutiable for any of our wild winter weather . The garnish of fresh shredded Corriander gives the soup an extra dimension
