I love food! I absolutely adore cooking, you can't get me out of the kitchen. I love going food shopping and buying fresh, tasty ingredients - and discovering new ones! I have so much fun getting creative in the kitchen and experimenting with new dishes. I'm waitressing in a restaurant at the moment, but the dream is to have my own restaurant in Wicklow someday. I'm really keen to expand my knowledge of food and cooking, professional training in Ballymaloe would be fantastic!

Tapas is one of my favourite meals to cook, I love the idea of little bits of lots of different dishes. My tapas dish consists of patatas bravas with a fiery tomato sauce & some (much needed!) cooling creme fraiche on the side, a chickpea & tomato salad - full of flavour! Delicious chorizo & cheese empanadillas, a spinach, red onion & Serrano ham tortilla & a simple apple & walnut salad drizzled with lemon juice to finish. Colourful, healthy and scrumptious! Yum!

Tapas is such a novel and fun thing to do with your friends instead of huge amounts of a single entres early in the day and these tapas look wonderful and sound heavenly....the elysian fields of tapas world. Nice going!
