I first made a summer version of this dish July just gone, while in New York.This version is particularly good on a cold winters evening. It is extremely easy to make and can be prepared in three easy stages-making the sauce, cooking the chicken and freshly baking the biscuits.The flavours compliment each other very well. The sweet corn,earthy thyme and tangy sour cream goes very well with chicken.The Buttermilk Biscuits are a fantastic alternative to potatoes and mop up all the saucy goodness!

Wow!!! This dish is fantastic! I tried this myself and it turned out beautifully!! The sweetcorn adds such a tasty flavor! Also the texture of the dish was so tender. Beautiful to have while curled up by the fire, on a cold winters night!
