I love dinner parties and would love to have my friends over for one but as I still live at home its not really ideal. Also I can only make super scallop squash soup so you cant have a dinner party with just that! My boyfriend won't live with me until I learn how to cook more. If I won I could move in with my boyfriend and have lots of dinner parties. And even invite Cully and Sully!

My dish is seasonal at the moment using fresh Scallop Squash and other various vegetables. Most of the ingredients are home grown - including the scallop squash, carrots, potatoes and parsnips. However some of the other ingredients such as the celery, salt, pepper, garlic and the secret ingredient of Parmesan cheese had to be sourced elsewhere.
