Why should i win the chef factor?.I think i should win the chef factor because i love cooking and trying new things with food.Ive only found my new love for cooking over the past year after deciding i wanted to start to eat better using fresh produce.Im an electrican by trade and im one of the lucky ones still employed but im not truly happy with what i do,its sometimes a shore to get up in the morning which is not what i had planned for my life,my plan was to love what i do and cooking is it.

It started with the leftovers from sunday lunch put aside for when i get peckish later in the evening.The pie can also give lunch a bit of a twist when served as the mains as it looks great on the plate surrouned by different veg.Yorkshire puddings go great with a number of foods but its best known served with beef.The horseradish sauce complements the beef perfectly and ive added chopped chilli for a little kick.Sit it on a bed of beans or veg of choice.Leftovers never tasted so good.
