I picked this cake as my entry into cheffactor because every time there is a special occasion in our family I make this and people love it. It is the perfect cake for any occasion and looks and tastes delicious. The light sponge cake is filled with my own homemade raspberry Jam. I then coat it in my special cream, infused with a secret twist!! .To finish it off I put fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries on top. I also add chocolate shavings to make it extra special.
