I believe I should win Chef Factor as its been a life long dream and goal of mine to become a top chef, own a mitchlin star restaurant and follow the career I would love and be passonite about. I love experimenting and cooking with food and being in the kitchen, you could nearly say its therapeutic for me! An opportunity to train at Ballymaloe cookery school would be like wining the Euro Millions, it would get me the best training going, set me on a new career path & get me doing what I love to

This is a dish that when ever there is an occassion such as a dinner party, a birthday bash or a family event im forever asked to cook up my special carbonara! Everyone who knows me knows im passionate about cooking and they know the dish will be mouth watering everytime. Its the creamy, parmesan cheesy, garlicy sauce, mixed with smoked streaky bacon and sliced mushrooms all smothered over tagliatelle pasta with slices of toasted baguette drizzled in olive oil and smeared with garlic on the side
