My dish is made from the best of Irish cream and wild Blackberrys which I picked from the hedges from around my home. These ingredients along with Lime and Mango lend to a very light tangy and zesty dessert.

Zesty and Tantalising!

This is the most amazing desert I have ever tried- The lime, mango and blackberry along with the cream blend beautifully together- tingling the taste buds!! Cooling the pallet, can't wait to try some more!
