My dream is to produce and cook my own food and serve it to people who love to eat. Currently I am beginning the journey by growing vegatables, rearing poultry and learning basic skills of cooking. Winning Cheffactor will give me the skills and confidence to go for my dreams and take me from my current life in a hot sweaty factory to the life i want in a hot sweaty kitchen.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
The dish centres around the venison burger. I have tried to include as many local ingredients as possible. The burger is made from wild venison, organically reared beef and crisped rashers. It is blended with thyme,tarragon, spelt breadcrumbs, my own eggs and seasonings. It is presented on a home baked spelt bun, with beatroot relish. The burger is accompanied with twice fried chips and a seasonal salad.

Love the combination of organic foods and all local Produce that's fantastic. Would definitely buy this dish if I was out.
