I have a passion for cooking and I love to share my wonderful dishes with everybody, I experiment and change original dishes to get the taste I am looking for and by doing this I have discovered some simple dishes come alive. I think it is important to teach our children basic values of good home cooking by theory is "BACK TO BASICS" good home cooking with good local produce you cant beat it. My cooking will do the rest of the talking !!!! :)

My "BEEF & GUINNESS PIE" was inspired last year by Arthur's Day I wanted to create a dish with the Oul Black Stuff and enjoy its traditional Irish taste, & as I don't drink Guinness this was my way to enjoy it & so did everybody else, Its a simple wholesome dish containing simple cuts of meat, carrot, onion and the Oul black stuff "Yummy" all topped off with home made shortcrust pasty,, now we'r smokin, Its Tasty, wholesome & Irish & all my friends & family love it.

ohhhhh how i love sue's beef and guniess pie. Its the nicest thing on earth. I would die for it. The guiness makes it stand out from all the rest. It is lovely on a nice cold day in the depths of whest calree(bogger voice). Best of luck. goooooowan you good thing
