When I saw this programme through face book i was delighted to apply for this.long time i was looking for this kind of valuble thing to attend and introduce my own talents and give others to a chance to enjoy my dishes..I think if i get a chance to win this compettion my dreams will come true..i think if we use our talents and strong will power, it will help us to success our lives.
please give me a chance to win this compettition to show my cooking..i will do my best.

srilankan healthy mixed vegetable curry.using all the healthy vegetables what we have in ireland, mixed healthy asian herbs and spices and give a good vitamins and energy to our bodies to live healthy and strong..who ever taste this dish before they really like it.It's looks beautiful,good flavour, taste is nice & healthy too.
i use fresh herbs and spices and pan fried and make home made curry powder and give this dish a authentic taste.
all the ingreedients are easy to find it in ireland.
