I think I should win because of my huge passion for food! I LOVE to cook: When I'm stressed, cooking helps me to chill out; when I'm tired, cooking energises me & I'm never happier than when I'm cooking for family & friends: in fact all of my christmas presents last year were home-made in my kitchen! I have so much I want to learn about flavours, techniques, presentation & setting up a food business. Ballymaloe is THE place to turn a passion for food into a future in food. Please vote for me!!

I entered my hotpot because I think it fits perfectly with what 'Cully & Sully' stands for:nutritious, hearty comfort food.I use quality Irish sausages from my local butcher as the base of the dish.Butter beans,haricot beans & chickpeas are added to the cooked sausages with tomatoes,tomato puree,roasted garlic,mustard & paprika and into the oven it goes.It tastes heavenly (and makes the house smell divine!) and the sweet potato fries are perfect with it (oven baked too). Let me make it for you!
