I’d love to win the Chef factor title to earn my place at the Ballymaloe Cookery School. I love to cook and I'm passionate about good food, but have a limited repertoire and knowledge. Ever since having my first child I’ve had an ambition to create a range of food for babies and toddlers. Ballymaloe would give me the extensive food knowledge I require, and time with Cully and Sully, the vital industry experience.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
Spicy oriental meatballs made with pork mince mixed with grated fresh ginger, garlic, dried red chillies, fresh breadcrumbs and an egg to bind; coated in a sweet and spicy glaze (a mix of soy sauce and sweet chilli) and sesame seeds; served on a bed of stir-fried vegetables and noodles, and topped off with finely sliced spring onions, chilli and fresh coriander.
