I think I should win Chef Factor because I love putting food together to delight guests! so far I've mastered (or at least i hope I have mastered) a number of dessert dishes including my strawberry and pear crumble! My attitude to food has always been about dishes that are simple to assemble, quick, tasty and sure to receive a compliment or two! I would love to win a place on the course so that I might learn and have a real future in food!
