As I stand at my till in the bank with a fixed smile on my face counting bank notes for my customers I dream that instead I'm serving them a tasty dish.Studying Nutritional Therapy has given me a stronger passion for food which I am determined to pursue further.Winning this wonderful opportunity to learn to cook professionally with such inspirational chefs would fuel my ambition to break away& set up my own business in food development &cooking,selling at local markets &eventually in my own cafe

After studying eggs in depth I have concluded that they are not the villains they have been made out to be in the past and are in fact an extremely nutritious&economical food.My dish is simple&versatile which is perfect for selling at markets,hot or cold!Cooked in a skillet alone or transferred to an oven for a lighter texture.Free range eggs,boiled potato,mouth watering Ryefield goats cheese,cherry tomatoes& spring onions.The final touch:drizzled with home made basil pesto.Yum,with minimal fuss

What you see on that plate - I was lucky enough to eat it and it was truly delicious!Quick to prepare and very satisfying without loads of carbs. Not too much clearing up either! This girl has talent!
