I get a lot of pleasure from food! I enjoy making it and I enjoy sharing it with others even more. I would love to attend Ballymaloe Cookery School to become a proficient cook and use my skill for the benefit of others!!! It would also be great to use this skill on a more full-time basis. Some of the most interesting people I have ever met are those who have had a change of career!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
I chose to make a Beef Wellington following a Rachel Allen recipe because I am a big fan of Rachel and I love pastry!! I have a lot of admiration for the Allen dynasty and agree with their ethos of using organic, locally produced food where possible. My friends and family will not be surprised by my choice of a Rachel Allen recipe, they'd be more surprised if it wasn't!!! However, my choice of a savoury dish is more unusual as I am known for my delicious desserts!
