I love to cook for my friends and family. It's like giving them happiness through food. My dream is to run a holistic B&B with a cafe/restaurant. I'd cook everything using fresh seasonal foods, herbs and veggies grown from my garden or sourced locally and offer holistic/herbal medicine remedies/treatments. I believe good food is key in good health.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
The lasagne is layered first with a garlic tortilla, then a layer of my fabulous thyme rice, followed by a sour cream and milk mixture, next is the tequila marinated chicken chilli containing red peppers, leeks, pineapple sage and chilli beans and finally it is topped with cheddar cheese and the layers are repeated a second time before being put in the oven for 10 min
