For me winning this competition would be like winning the lotto as it would enable me to follow my dream. Since a very young age I have had a passion for cooking and to be given the opportunity to go to Ballymaloe cookery school would be a wonderful experience and allow me to improve my skills and learn more about food.

These luscious brownies have just the right balance of sweetness which is complemented by the tart flavour of raspberry. The white chocolate gives a surprise crunch to the velvety texture of the brownie.
