Food is special. Combining ingredients into dishes even more special. Be it the smile on my children’s faces when they make the perfect queen cakes or that certain pride in making the perfect pavlova (or so I’m told) cooking contributes greatly to my happiness and self worth, and don’t forget the fun factor! Knowledge, belief and love in the process of sourcing and understanding ingredients, learning new techniques, refining existing skills and knowledge with the desire to learn is my dream.

A beautiful wholesome dish simple to prepare using quality ingredients, that tickle the taste buds and inspire confidence in one’s ability to try new things with everyday produce. Quick, taking no more 10 minutes from fridge to plate. Simple, all cooked in the one pan. Versatile, add and take from it to own taste. Essentially this is a very tasty combination of linguini, king prawns, smoked salmon, vegetables, crème fraiche and herbs which combine to make something delicious.
