This scrumptious sponge is bursting with juicy blueberries and frosted with sweet cream cheese icing, making the cake tender and moist. It’s irresistible as it crumbles in your mouth. It’s the perfect treat with a cup of tea, the blueberries burst in your mouth as you bite into a slice . I’ve used all fresh and natural ingredients,& it’s a great way to get one of your 5 a day as blueberries are rich in antioxidants. The beauty of this cake is that it’s simple to make and is ready in 45 minutes!
