You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
simple and traditional. 1. cook the milk to boil, then turn off the gas. 2. put some sugar in the milk, if you feel needed. leave it on the table and let it cool to around 75°C; 3. grind the ginger and the juice from it is needed;4. Pour the milk to the giner juice quickly and wait for five minutes and it become jelly; 5. garnished with some rasins, and it's done!
