Hi Cully and Sully, I am a 25 yr old optometrist from Galway. I work happily as an optician but my real dream and passion has and will always involve food. I love all type of good quality meat, fish and vegetables and I am excited tasting and cooking foods from all cultures. I am absolutly desparte to win and hope I am lucky enough to get the oppertunity to learn and develope a skill in cooking. I would love to be involved in the food industry and persue a career in cooking. Please consider me.

I have cooked fresh seasoned tuna steak from my local fishmonger,with buttery mash,cheery tomatoes and cool greek yogurt + dill sauce.I seasoned the tuna and cooked it on a hot griddle pan for 1 minute each side.The tuna has a beautiful appetising pink colour inside and the meat is soft and succulent. It is so healhty, simple and delicious, its a pity people are afraid to cook fish! the sauce is made from greed yogurt,sour cream,fresh chopped dill,virgin olive oil,white wine vinegar,salt+pepper.
