I like traditional dishes and home cooked food . Recently i have discovered a passion for baking and really enjoy experimenting with desserts and spending time in the kitchen . To get to train in Ballymaloe would be a dream come true .
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
Lemon meringue pie - the zingier the lemon the better the pie.
Queen of pudding - reminds me of my childhood , my mother used to make it. Consists of custard and vanilla breadcrumbs and raspberry topping and meringue.
Apple and raspberry tart with custard - every person favorite old time classic.
Eve's pudding : just like granny used to make. Apple and splash of lemon juice with fluffy sponge on top.
Upside down apple and cinnamon cake:nice with a cup of tea when relaxing
