I know its a cliche but I really have a passion for food and would love such an opportunity to learn and progress my cooking to the next level.When I was 18 i got accepted to Chef school but unfortunately I decided to do a degree in Business.I achieved this, however, to this day I regret perhaps not following my passion and at the moment i am stuck in a job at 27 where I look at a computer screen rather than create new dishes.I would just love a chance to demonstrate my passion&skills.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
Oak Smoked Salmon on bed of leaves&bronco shoots with a sprinkle of pine nuts.the salad is dressed with a honey mustard dressing.Around the bed of salad leaves is a warm Chirizo salad sauted in a pan with red onion,diced potatoes,garlic with a hint of paprika and balsamic vinegar.The dish is finished off with a wedge of lemon and vine tomatoe with parmesan shavings and diced spring onion.
