I think that I should win Cheffactor because I have always been interested in cooking and how food can be made to look and taste delicious. I am a very keen and hard worker and I know that an opportunity like this comes only once. To win cheffactor and ultimately get to study in The Ballymaloe Cookery School would be a great platform from which I could get to work with top Irish chefs and show Irish produce at its best. Also I think I should win because I would be a star pupil. Thank you

This dish is based on a recipe from Rachel Allen. My sister recently found out that she was dairy intolerent and I thought as she loves chocolate and bananas I would make the bread using a dairy free margarine and dark chocolate and also added raisins. It is a delicious alternative to having toast in the mornings and is full of flavour.

I just love Paul's Dairy Free Banana Bread, sometimes just with Butter, or toasted is also delicious. Obviously I am not dairy intolerent.

I love love love the banana bread. Since discovering my dairy intolerance Paul has been great at making different dishes that are dairy free. The banana bread is my favourite so I thought it only fitting that he use this for the competetion. Its great with a nice hot cup of tea and I can never stop at one slice.....Deeeelicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
