Initially I was going to enter myself, however I thought of a candidate much more worthy – my mother Josie. She is a magnificent cook, she loves experimenting; and she’s not afraid to put a lot of work into sourcing unusual ingredients or going through detailed methods to create delicious and healthy food. Unfortunately Mum lacks confidence and is her own worst critic! This opportunity would give her confidence in her ability and at 50+ it could open new doors she never thought possible.
