For years, my evil nemesis has gotten the better of me, laughing at every attempt to rise up against the odds. Each effort more heroic than the last, each defeat more deflating. If I win chef factor, I could defeat my nemesis, which would change my life. Once tamed, I would be free to cook a vast array of foods. I have the basics, but I don’t know the tricks, them's the golden nuggets that are passed down from chef to chef and mother to daughter from generation to generation. This is my chance!
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
It simple, scrummy and bangs with flavour, its easy too ... succolent sirloin steak, magnificant mushrooms, sassy shallots, be generous with the garlic, creamy creme fraiche, a pinch of paprika, a bit of butter, now throw in some mustard and whatever you do don't forget the beef stock with a bash of brandy. Its yummy!

If ever there was a Girl who would adore the opportunity to cook for a living then it has to be Flo.
With training she could be one of Dublin’s brightest new chef’s. She’d probably be way too nice to all the staff but
would be such a great TV show host.
I’ve tasted this dish and it is fantastic.
