I am a young man of 27 and have a love for food since a early age.I was absolutely thrilled when i heared about this competition.I haved worked on building sites most of my working life and as the way the building trade has gone i have been out of work awhile now but it has given me the chance to reunite my love of food, as i have been brought up with two different cultures i like to mix and create different dishes.I would love this chance to break into the culinary world and sahre my food.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
I have cooked a nice fresh and light dish with pan seared scallops with a lime and basil puree and coconut tempura prawns with a lith sweet chilli and pomegranate home grown salad.

Your lemon and basil puree was out of this world and perfect with the Scallops ! If I saw it on any menu I would definitely order it.
