The exciting world of food is so fast paced and exhilarating my mouth waters at the prospect of a future involving cooking. My interest began at an early age from watching my mum & continued by reading cookery books, traveling & working in many restaurants. Now it's time to take a leap & pursue my passion full-time. What better way to do this than a course from the masters. That's what my mum calls them. So to quote The Beatles 'Won't you please, please help me' Vote me! Thank you! X

I'm not one for morning munch but breakfast is the favourite meal among my mates. So to keep up, I decided to create a dish that would inspire me to join them. These little babies are packed full of flavour, moreishly moist & probably contains more nutrients than a bowl of bran flakes. The muffins include grated carrot, courgette, raisins & wholewheat flour. While the crumble style topping has oats, poppy, sunflower & pumpkin seeds. Perfectly accompanied by a zesty orange cream cheese spread.
