I have always wanted to be a Chef and demonstrate that in my kitchen everyday at dinner time:)I love having friends and family over for dinner and for me cooking is a hobby not a chore. I love the feedback I get back from all my guests including criticism which helps me better myself for the next time. However I don't give my ingredients to anyone as I like to have some mystery about my dishes!
