I should win Cheffactor because I have a real passion for cooking and baking. During the day I wear a suit and work in an office, but in the evening there's nothing I like more than to put my apron on and cook up a storm! It's my dream to open a coffee shop of my own one day, to make delicious home made food for people to enjoy. I would love the opportunity to train with the experts in Ballymaloe, to help make my dream come true.

Sandra's Crunchie Choceringue.... The inspiration for this layered cake came from my colleague Alan. For his Birthday he wanted a cake with meringue, chocolate and crunchie. So combining some wonderful recipes: we have a sticky meringue at the bottom, topped with rich chocolate cake, followed by a velvety chocolate sauce, a generous sprinkling of crunchie pieces, a dollop or ten of cream, then another layer of chocolate cake and finally crowned with a meringue tiara...!!!
