Wow this girl sure can bake !!! If she was to win she would cherise the oppertunity as it has always been one of her dreams. Aine loves to see people enjoying her baking and she could spend hours in the kitchen !!!! I have tasted the food of this future michelin star chef and the only word that comes anyway close to describe it is amazing. The day I tasted her fruity chocolate biscuit cake I begged her to make it as my wedding cake. THAT's HOW GOOD IT IS!!!!! Everyone knows how important the cake is at any wedding, its one of the main focal points and you wouldnt have just any cake made by any person. The flavours and textures of this cake quickly beat away all competitors and I simply had to have it! This girl deserves to win, she has such a raw talent and if allowed to follow her dream will go very far in the culinary world, and wouldnt it look great if it was Cully and Sully who found her!

Aine is one of the best humoured, entertaining, good hearted people i know with not a bad word to say about anyone or anything. she loves to see people enjoy her food, God only knows where she gets time to do it between having a full time demanding job, milking cows, ploughing fields, delivering sheep and who knows what else, but one thing is sure she never complains about anything and this quality and sweetness comes out in her food. She thoroughly deserves this prize and if she were to win, i know she would appreciate it beyond belief and make the most of it. Aine would be a worthy winner without a doubt and definately has my vote/ Best of luck x

can't tell you all how fab fab fab Aines creations are...she has mastered the art of getting all her cakes and confectionary tasting Just Right!!....her artistic flair and attention to details are second to none...and she has often created cakes for me for special occassions!! Aine loves to bake and gets great satifaction from seeing people enjoying her wonderful creations. She is one of the most kindest people you will ever meet. Aine is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, she is so genuine and will always go out of her way to help others. She is such a busy woman, working, farming, baking and been a great friend to many. I have known Aine for a number of years now and she has often talked about Ballymaloe Cookery School and how it's one of dreams to attend a course here given her the oppertunity to learn from the best !!
