I should win chef factor 2011 so that I can learn to make more than just cakes!! I love to cook and bake and would love to have the opportunity to learn in Ballymaloe Cookery School.

my dish is a two tiered cake with chocolate biscuit cake on the bottom and a chocolate cake with baileys buttercream icing on the top, it's decorated with jade sugarpaste 'under the sea' scene with cully and sully fishing on top!
