I have so much to give but so much to learn and really really hope I have the chance to show that.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
This dish is a fusion of both my Irish and Moroccan background. The marinated lamb and spice infused pork skewers were accompanied by potato crackles(both sweet and savoury)tossed in a'Ras Al Hanout' spice, dunked in my Cully & Sully Soup inspired dip( C&S Tomato&Basil Soup,creme fraiche,harissa, coriander). This soup also inspired my 'Cully & Sully Guacamole' which is equally yummy for dunking.I also served homemade tzaziki, roast pepper hummus and coriander hummus.

Having seen your work first hand, I have to say that you really do have a talent for cooking, be it a last minute dish, or a well-prepared feast. As a relatively unbiased source, it also goes without saying that while the picture above portrays the tasty nature of your dish, the taste itself was out of this world, and it would be lovely to see you on the course, because I truly believe that it would be the perfect honing device with the likes of Rachel and Darina Allen in tow

Having experienced your amazing cooking since I was a child, I definitely think that you should win this competition, you deserve it. That dish looks mouth watering and you shall have to cook it for Jim and I when you come home. (please!) AL

Hey I made the Cully & Sully inspired dip and guacamole for friends last night and we all loved it !! yummmmmmmmmmmmmy
I can honestly say Sam you have cooked some of the most amazing food I have ever eaten!! It all began with a toastie way back in our humble abode in Rathmines(cool the jets!). Well I read ur info about ur dish and decided I had to make the C&S inspired dips...they were out of this world. All my friends raving about these delicious dips (& I'm sorry I didn't admit they were ur recipe)!! Hostin dinner for family this weekend and will definitely be recreating same again. Mayb this time I'll admit the truth. Only ever had the C&S soups as soup before but will b using them for dip making now...mmmm! How did u ever think of it? ?
