I absolutely love creating food. I love it because you can use all these nature given ingredients and make them into something exciting,exquisite and beautiful. It's creative and enjoyable and it brings people together - there's just no better way to share time with friends than by ripping up some home-made peshwari naan bread as you prepare to dunk it into that red, creamy tikka sauce.I would so appreaciate every single milli-second of this amazing prize.I would just make the utmost out of it.
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish: 
My dish starts with home baked bread sprinkled with sesame and nigella seeds. The freshly baked, warm, crisp bread is then sliced before the home-made pesto and sundried tomato paste is drizzled onto the crisp crust. Then the roasted mediterranean vedge (the sweet, soft aubergine, the clean tasting courgette, the carmelised red onion and the sweet sweet peppers) is sliced and placed atop the bread and paste. Then finally....the mmmm mmmm mmmm goat's cheese melts its way over EVERYTHING.
