I would love this once in a lifetime opportunity to learn how to cook professionally. I would value the opportunity to work with cully and sully and the opportunity to develop my own career in food would be amazing and would help me follow my dream of cooking. I love to cook and am passionate about food and if i did win and got the training I think i would be a rockstar in the kitchen!

my dish is a spicy pumpkin soup, it has fresh pumpkin (i used pumpkin as it will be haloween soon!) onion and chillies, carrott,vegtable stock,half milk half cream,juice of a fresh lime and salt, pepper and fajita seasoning.I topped with crunchy crutons, chopped chillies,fresh parsley milled pumpkin seeds and a splash of cream! i think its fresh,hot,smooth and zesty and was made with love!
