Cooking is my absolute passion: I've been cooking since I was 11. I love trying out new recipes e.g. sticky toffee pudding & my family & friends really love this. My friends and I take turns having lunch which consists usually of homemade soup & bread followed by desert. Or we may have salad or pasta. One Friday I tried my pork stir-fry on the girls. They absolutely loved it so I thought this recipe would be perfect for this competition. Hopsfully my dream comes true and I have cooking career.

This is a really delicious dish with healthy vegetables, noodles and mouth watering sweet sticky pork coated in sesame seeds; everyone usually goes back for seconds so I make plenty. The flavour of the lime and chilly is just perfect. It smells absolutely wonderful and looks very colourful. I only hope that other people will get the chance to enjoy this dish as much as my family, friends and I have.

Going to Catherine's for the Pork Perfection Made With Love dish (or any dish for that matter) is far better than going to any top class restaurant. Eating this dish is like falling in love all over again and when you're finished, although extremely satisfying, you're always left wanting more. The aroma in her kitchen is better than any scented candles!!! Catherine is the Chef of the Century! CATHERINE TO WIN!!!

All the grub in Catherine's house is fab but this looks especially yummy
Gorgeous dish. Mouth watering to look at and spell binding flavours to taste. The ingredients can be easily sourced locally. I've watched her cooking and she does it with 'tender loving care'! She uses her own homegrown fresh organic vegetables. She should have her own restaurant as she cooks for so many friends who visit her house including me.
Catherine is a fantastic chef and friend, i havn't had the pleasure of this dish but I live in hope of an invitation, if it tastes anything like the rest of her cooking it will be heaven. She gets my number 1 vote everytime, xxx
