where to start, firstly to win cheffactor would be just amazing for a 54 year old wannabe cook, having said that i have always cooked fresh food for myself and my family. I have a great interest in food matters and hope to progress. Thanks. great idea this !
You have 500 characters to tell us about your dish:
my dish is homemade chicken liver pate. inspired by a pate i bought from peter ward in limerick market. I obtained fresh chicken livers from jim flavin at castletroy and combined them with butter, fresh thyme, red wine, cognac, a little garlic and seasoning. simple food but with a fantastic flavour. Well thats what the missus said.
