I think i should win Cheffactor because i have a major interest in cooking and would be thrilled to get a chance to attend a course in the world famouse Ballymaloe cookery school.

This pavlova has been perfected over many weekends trying to make a nice dessert for my family.The base of this pavlova is really light and soft.Everyone who trys it comments on how light it is and always want seconds.
In the photo it's topped with freshly whipped cream sometimes infused with vanilla. Then strawberries that have been marinated in balmsic vinegar and sugar.Finally it's topped off with dark chocolate shavings.I also drizzle slices with the juice from the marinated strawberries.
