I love cooking and baking and often do it with my niece who is a budding mini chef! I love trying new foods and recipes. Sometimes I get a bit creative and "stray" from the recipe which often doesn't work out too well. So to save my family from my badly invented dishes I think I should win the prize of a cooking course in Ballymaloe, I love the things that I can make but really want to be able to make more and different foods and learn about food and cooking.
